QueryIT – TQ

Masterlink use various customer support mechanisms within the company and Ticket Query (TQ) is used within IT support and some customer specific areas.  TQ releases an automatic query reference which remains linked to the question or query ensuring traceability from time ticket is raised until ticket is closed.
